Before proceeding to the checkout, please read the following terms & conditions for booking:
Data Privacy and Mailing List

I understand that the email address and phone number which I provide on the booking form will be used to communicate with me about my booking, such as for confirmation, invoicing, sending Zoom links, session information including possible changes to the schedule, and session feedback and corrections. I understand that the trainer will not share the email address and phone number provided with any third party and that at the end of the training course my contact information provided on the booking form will be deleted.
I understand that by choosing to subscribe to the mailing list of connect@abbysalvadori.com, the email address which I provide will continue to be stored until such time as I unsubscribe from the mailing list.

I understand that by subscribing to the mailing list, I give my consent to receiving emails and blog style communications about upcoming training and coaching courses, book offers and events and fundraising campaigns involving English language training. I understand that I can unsubscribe at any time.

Payment Options
​
I understand that I have the option to pay online using PayPal or offline (stated 'Payment in Person' during the booking process). I understand that if I select to pay offline, the trainer will email me an invoice with the balance due date. I understand that my booking will only be confirmed and complete when I have settled the balance due. I understand that my payment may be refunded under the Refund Policy stated below.

Cancellations
​
I understand that the trainer may cancel a session due to illness or unforeseen circumstances and that I will be informed of any cancellations prior to the start date and time of the cancelled session. In that event, a replacement session will be arranged and communicated to me as soon as possible by the trainer.

I understand that if I need to cancel my participation in a session, I will inform the trainer in writing at connect@abbysalvadori.com before the start time of the session.

Refund Policy
​
I understand that if I need to cancel my English language level evaluation booking, a refund will be given under the following circumstances:
Cancellation up to 48 hours prior to the start date and time of the booked evaluation: 100% of the evaluation fees;
Cancellation up to 24 hours prior to the start date and time of the booked evaluation: 50% of the evaluation fees.

I understand that if I need to cancel my booking for an entire training course or coaching sessions after I have already paid the total fees, a partial refund will be given under the following conditions:
​
Cancellation up to 15 days prior to the start date and time of the first session: 80% of the total fees;
Cancellation between 14 and 3 days prior to the start date and time of the first session: 65% of the total fees;
Cancellation between 2 and 0 days prior to the start date and time of the first session: 30% of the total fees.

In the unlikely event that the trainer has to cancel an entire training course or full set of coaching sessions which I have booked and for which I have paid the total fees, I understand that I will receive a refund of 100% of the total fees.

Confidentiality
​
I understand that all communications and discussions held during the language lessons and group coaching sessions are treated confidentially by the trainer and all participants. I understand that I may not divulge information shared by other participants about their work or personal contexts during the sessions to any third party. I understand that the trainer will not divulge any information shared by myself or any other participant during the sessions to any third party.

Copyright
​
I understand that all training materials are copyright to the trainer, unless specifically stated otherwise, and that I may not share the copyright materials with any third party without written permission from the trainer.
