When you give your consent for the data controller to collect your data upon booking an English language level evaluation, training course or group coaching session or sessions, your email address and phone number will be stored and used for the following purposes: confirming your booking and sharing information relevant to your booking such as invoices, Zoom links, notification of changes in the schedule or cancellations, lesson feedback and corrections and any other specific information relating to your booking and participation which may arise over the duration of the services booked.

My company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides me with the online platform that allows me to sell my services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by my company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Your data will be stored for only as long as the duration of the service or services booked.  When you give your consent for your email address to be added to the mailing list, your data will be stored for the purpose of sending you information about upcoming training courses, offers and events relating to the sale and promotion of my book, a regular blog and any other reasonable communications with regards to the services I provide via this website.  You may unsubscribe at any moment using the link at the bottom of each email or by writing an email to connect@abbysalvadori.com. Upon reception of your notice to unsubscribe, your data will be deleted. 

I will never share your data with third parties.  This website contains third party links (Instagram and websites) and the data controller of abbysalvadori.com is not responsible for any data collected by a third party if or when you connect to those third party links.
